The hotel provided a spacious, ADA-accessible room which was a lifesaver after a long journey, and despite being right by the runway, the soundproofing allowed for restful sleep. The service was friendly and the shuttle was a nice touch, but the overall disrespect from the front desk staff was concerning. The location is convenient for spotting planes, but not quite as appealing, needing some TLC. Overall, it’s decent value for an airport stay but has its drawbacks.
